Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
I value every clien'tâs time and appreciate the commitment involved in creating space for your treatment.
To provide the highest level of care and maintain availability for all clients a minimum of 24 hours is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less then 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
Payment of any outstanding cancellation fee is required before a new appointment can be secured.
For mobile appointments, please ensure:
Suitable parking is available
A safe, comfortable treatment space is provided
Access to the property is available at the scheduled time
Thank you for respecting the time, preparation, and care involved in each session.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late to your appointment time, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings.The full session fee will be charged.
Health & Safety
Please advise me of any relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, or changes to your health before your appointment so your treatment can be tailored safely.
Right to Refuse Treatment
I reserve the right to decline or end a treatment if it is not considered safe, appropriate, or within my professional scope.
